YOUAID is an organisation founded by BLUE/YELLOW to help civilians in Ukraine affected by the war. We bring 12 years of experience helping Ukraine and strong ties with local partners, so we help where it is needed most.

How does it work?
Need
We receive a specific written request for assistance that matches our areas of support from partners in Ukraine.
Assessment
We check the organisation or institution, its activities and reputation, and assess whether the need and the request are justified.
Delivery
We promptly arrange the purchase, delivery and handover of the necessary aid to the recipient.
Reporting
We receive documents and photographs confirming that the aid has been handed over.
Frequently asked questions
YOUAID grew out of BLUE/YELLOW’s more than a decade of work in Ukraine. As the need for aid and the scale of damage caused by the war continued to grow, there was a need for a separate organisation focused specifically on supporting Ukrainian civilians.
BLUE/YELLOW primarily supports Ukraine’s defenders and frontline needs, while YOUAID focuses exclusively on civilians and humanitarian aid. YOUAID is a separate organisation, but builds on BLUE/YELLOW’s experience, local connections and established practices in organising and delivering aid.
Yes. You can support a specific YOUAID project or choose one of our areas of support. If you do not specify a particular purpose, we will direct your donation to where it is needed most at that time.
Yes. However, it is important that donated items are relevant to YOUAID’s work and genuinely needed by our partners in Ukraine. Please contact us first so we can assess whether the equipment, vehicles, other goods or services you would like to offer can currently be put to use.
Yes. We can choose one of YOUAID’s areas of support together and develop a project specifically for your company. YOUAID will take care of local partnerships, aid coordination and logistics, while we will agree on the project scope, budget, reporting and communications together.

We always show our donors what their support has made possible - what was purchased, delivered or implemented. We share project results, photographs and information about the delivery of aid. If we develop a project together with a partner, we agree in advance on how its results will be reported and what information will be provided.
YOUAID has NGO status and is officially registered as an organisation eligible to receive charitable donations in Lithuania. This means that eligible corporate donors may benefit from corporate income tax relief.
